I found out that it was a Tool64.exe and I just went ahead and deleted that file. "insert the wireless usb adapter into your computer" every 10 seconds. My internet is up and running now, only problem is this screen popping up saying This solves the problem and you wont get a BSoD once you connect to your network. I also had to change the security settings to WPA/TKIP to be able to get internet access.

I had the same problem but seem to have found a better solution but before trying to install the driver from the setup disk. If this does not work, I am sorry, and please note that NETGEAR does not support WNA1100 in Consumer Preview. Install the driver and you should be able to connect. The problem is solved temporarily with (1) disconnect and reconnect the device from USB port, OR (2) in Windows Device Manager, disable and then re.
